Palm Beach Resort Families And Couples Only - Hurghada

The beachfront access was fantastic, with soft sand and clear waters for swimming.

The restaurant service was noticeably slow, made dining less enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was GOOD. Had a comfortable experience staying at the standard room. The location was favourable - near to many areas as well as the sea. It also was far away from...  

The view of the hotel as located infront of the sea direct,the style of the guest were good ,the stuff were so helpufull,the food was fine I hope to return back soon

The only point was the food ,I recognized that there are a lot of food finish before the end of time espically in lunch and dinner so my reccomandation is to increase the quantity of food

The kids had a great time exploring the outdoor swimming pool and relaxing on the beach, which was super convenient. One small hiccup was the restaurant menu could use clearer labels for the dishes, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment! 🌊

Stuff are friendly ,close location ,value for money

at the early days of our stay , the resturants stuff kept asking us every time we request baverage (all inclusive base ) " what is your room number "? when i asked him why they were asking , they alwys told me that some of the guests are half board basis and other are all inclusive basis !! it is better for the hotel and the geusts that the hotel use a colourful Bracelet to Differentiate between different accomodation systems , like other similar hotels doing !

the hotel's location was super in terms of everything. moreover, it's next to palm beach resort, the sea behind the bar and activities ran by the animation team.

Amazing beach vibes!

The beach was perfect, and the food was delish with options every day. Our room had a great view of the pool and was comfy. Just wish the staff had been a bit more attentive. We waited too long for service at times.

We stayed one week from Wednesday 27 July to Wednesday 3 August 2011. The hotel is quite big and at around 10 kilometers from the city center. The hotel as well as the rooms are really clean. The staff is helpful....  

The staff members were very nice and helpful especially the operation and room mangers were very helpful. Beach is good swimming pool is very nice. Food and restaurant were good

Food was ok but need more varieties and drink should be more the electricity is on and off always though it doesn’t take a long time to return back. The Visa machine need to be replaced with a new one as it is always not working and i paid cash instead of the Visa

the beach is nice and big

my room was so small and there was no balcony in my room . food quality is very low and i couldnt even eat at the hotel i go out to eat during my stay at this hotel. drinks are not tasty at all . kinda far from the downtown. u can find much better resort with the same rate of palm beach .

The hotel is wonderful , the kindness of most of the stuff , the cleanance of the hotel , and the beuty of the red see will affect my decision to go there again , i was met by the hotel manager the first day i arrived, and felt that...  

Great group trip with friends! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and the fun activities, like snorkeling and relaxing by the pool. The hotel staff were friendly. Just set expectations for dining. The food could be better....

I reaaly appreciate the staff, the are friendly, smiley and willing to do their best to help. The beach is very nice also and this was the most attractive thing we are looking for.

There is nothing major I could complain about. All things we wasnt happy with were minor and can appear in any other place, for example most of the seats on the beach was reserved by towels for a long time with no any usage. I would say that the hotel management should find a way to control that.
